This is a key role within the Project Governance function, ensuring the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programmes is aligned to governance standards, financial controls, and PMO best practice.

The Infrastructure PMO Analyst will work across bank-wide change initiatives, providing project planning, reporting, financial analysis, and governance support. You’ll collaborate closely with Portfolio Leads, Project Managers, and Governance teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, in compliance with global Head Office requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide planning, reporting, analysis, and administrative support across infrastructure programmes and projects.
  • Ensure PMO standards, processes, and tools are applied consistently across the DES portfolio.
  • Support project initiation processes, approvals, and governance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Portfolio Leads to maintain oversight of project financials, risks, and resources.
  • Extract and manipulate data from Planview and other PPM tools to support management reporting.
  • Prepare accurate project and financial reports for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, RAID logs, baselines, and change control processes.
  • Support project governance forums by coordinating materials, capturing minutes, and tracking actions.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a PMO, Project Analyst, or Project Coordinator role, ideally within IT infrastructure environments.
  • Strong exposure to infrastructure project delivery (e.g., data centres, networks, cloud migration, workplace technology).
  • Proficient with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or hybrid).
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, month-end reporting deliverables).
  • Hands-on experience with Planview (data extraction, manipulation) and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financials (Payables module) or similar tools.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio); intermediate SharePoint.
