Qualifications

Job Title: PMO Analyst (6-Month FTC)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide essential support across a portfolio of projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to monitor progress, flag risks, and ensure governance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project health, identifying when initiatives should be flagged as Amber or Red.
  • Support governance activities, including tracking RAID logs, status reporting, and adherence to project standards.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining RABs (Resource Allocation and Budget) for projects.
  • Coordinate and update resource plans across the portfolio.
  • Support budget management activities and track spend against forecast.
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare documentation for steering groups and key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar project support role.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and governance processes.
  • Ability to identify risks/issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Familiarity with RAB processes, resource tracking, and basic budget monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
