Location:

London, The Speechmark OR Newbury + *Hybrid

Working hours:

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

Salary:

Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What You’ll Do

You will provide day-to-day PMO support for large-scale programmes, ensuring governance, reporting, planning, and control processes are effectively managed to support successful delivery.

Key accountabilities
  • Support delivery teams to adhere to governance, controls, and reporting standards.
  • Manage central reporting processes, including weekly status reports, dashboards, and SteerCo materials.
  • Maintain and monitor the RAID log; track and govern change requests.
  • Assist with programme budget tracking, PO management, and financial reconciliation.
  • Coordinate programme planning, stakeholder alignment, and dependency tracking across workstreams.
Who You Are
  • Experience in programme/project management office functions within complex programmes.
  • Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of governance, RAID, and change control processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and invoice/PO processes.
