Mace is seeking a governance and data analyst to support the infrastructure delivery portfolio. You will assist governance forums, maintain accurate management information, and ensure data integrity across core systems such as Power BI, OPPM, and ECM.

The role involves delivering timely insights for decision-making, producing routine and ad hoc reports, and collaborating with project teams to meet business requirements. Office 365 skills are required; SAP and Primavera familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance forums and project/portfolio governance.
• Ability to analyse data and data structures to provide insights for business needs.
• Proficiency with Power BI and general data management across systems.
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications; familiarity with SAP/Primavera desirable.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels and facilitating meetings.

Responsabilités

• Support governance processes for projects/portfolios, including technical secretary duties for governance reviews.
• Maintain monthly reporting cycle calendar and provide a two-week lookahead to the RPCM; ensure deadlines are met.
• Support monthly reporting by delivering updates to management reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure data accuracy across Power BI, OPPM, APEX, My Finance, and ECM.
• Assist RPCM with ad hoc reporting requests.

The project:

In the energy sector, the UK will need to invest up to £900 billion of capital expenditure to enable a net zero economy by 2050. For our clients in the sector, this means delivering complex projects and programmes delivering low-carbon technologies and infrastructure. And doing so safely, efficiently, and at pace.

To support the ongoing portfolio and project governance needs in infrastructure delivery (ID) by facilitating governance forums through administrative and technical support, maintaining accurate and timely management information, and ensuring data integrity across core business systems.

Additionally, the role provides responsive analytical and reporting support to meet both routine and ad hoc stakeholder requirements which will require collaboration with project teams to deliver consistent, high-quality insights that inform decision-making.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting the governance processes for the projects/portfolios, including undertaking the technical secretary role for the key governance review meetings.


• Ongoing maintenance of the monthly reporting cycle calendar including providing a 2 week lookahead to the RPCM and ensure the output deadlines are in the diaries.


• Supporting monthly reporting cycle requirements by providing updates to management reporting.


• Collaborating with project teams to assure data in core business systems including Power BI, OPPM, APEX, My Finance, and ECM.


• Supporting RPCM with ad hoc reporting request.

You’ll Need To Have

• Ability to work to tight deadlines with good attention to detail.


• Some experience of analysing data and data structures to provide value-adding solutions and outputs to meet business requirements.


• Knowledge and understanding of Office 365 applications. Some understanding of SAP and Primavera, desirable but not essential.


• Some experience and knowledge of the structuring of investments, data structures and flows associated with scheme investment information over the project life cycle, desirable but not essential.


• Experience of working with key stakeholders at different working levels, working knowledge of facilitating and administrating meetings.
