Job Type: 6 Month Initial Contract Inside IR35

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join the Central PMO team within our financial crime transformation programme.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with stakeholders across the bank.

* Liaising with stakeholders across the bank in relation to the transformation programme
* Maintaining accurate documentation of project information, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
* General project administration tasks such as: Managing and sending invites to meetings, minute taking and distribution of relevant documentation
* Accurate documentation of project milestones
* Reporting of relevant project data to key stakeholders / groups

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Previous project/PMO experience in the banking/financial services industry is ideal
* Strong administration and document experience in previous transformation projects
* Experience of working on transformation programmes in financial crime would be advantageous
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook etc
* Experience in minute taking
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic
* Experience with Navigator would be beneficial
* Experience in creating calendar views is ideal.
