PMO Analyst

Are you passionate about Projects and know when different methodologies will work better? If so, I'm looking for a PMO Analyst to join our clients digital environment.
As a PMO Analyst, you'll act as a central point of coordination and insight, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, aligned with business goals, and in accordance with established governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey

• Collaborate across Digital and other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver an enhanced customer experience.

Project Management

• Oversee and report on the smooth delivery of a diverse range of digital programmes and projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal project frameworks and contribute to the delivery of value-adding digital capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for all enterprise change activities.
• Review project documentation across creation, development, and implementation stages.
• Manage project budgets and support benefits realisation.
• Track project progress, support risk and issue management, and deliver regular reporting on key performance indicators.
• Use data to produce insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their goals and align project objectives accordingly.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, stakeholders, and other teams.
• Drive governance and process improvement across all areas of project delivery.
• Consolidate, challenge, and present key project data to ensure transparency and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• HND (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
