Job description

The PMO Analyst supports the Project Management Office in ensuring that projects across the organization are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget. This role involves tracking project performance, maintaining governance standards, supporting reporting processes, and providing analytical insights to improve project delivery and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation of project dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Support resource planning and capacity management activities.
  • Provide analytical support to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a PMO, project support, or project coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMI).
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience as a PMO Analyst
  • PMO or project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, P3O, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
