Job Description
- Support the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring effective project governance, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain and update PMO documentation, templates, and project files.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of PMO reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership.
- Coordinate PMO meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Maintain project and portfolio management tools
- Help onboard new project staff with PMO standards and tools.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to project documentation and governance.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a project support, PMO, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) is an advantage.
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
