Culina Group has a new opportunity for an experienced PMO Administrator to join our growing team!

Role Overview

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the PMO function. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high standards of reporting, governance, and project delivery. You will support project and programme audits, compile reports, and ensure the effective operation of the Group PMO. Additionally, you will provide insights into project and programme adherence and identify trends for continuous improvement.

Key Duties
  1. Ensure timely and accurate updates from project teams for review by senior stakeholders.
  2. Oversee the preparation and quality assurance of dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.
  3. Maintain a centralized view of programme health, risks, and dependencies.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for project teams seeking guidance on PMO procedures.
  5. Support the implementation of new tools, templates, and systems to improve PMO efficiency.
  6. Conduct structured reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a PMO or project delivery environment, preferably within a large or complex organization (e.g., 3PL).
  • Strong analytical and people management skills.
  • Understanding of project and programme governance frameworks.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, SharePoint).
