Senovo Capital Management GmbH is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with PMLD and complex needs in a school setting near Ealing. You will assist with positioning, implement individual programmes and record progress to help learners grow.

The role is full-time temporary, with daily pay between £110 and £150. QTS is not required and safeguarding practice is essential, with a patient, respectful approach to every pupil.

Formación

• Experience with PMLD, complex-needs care or school settings.
• Patience, attentiveness and respect for pupils’ dignity.
• Strong teamwork and safeguarding practices.
• QTS is not required for this TA role.

Responsabilidades

• Use intensive interaction, objects of reference and agreed communication systems.
• Support sensory learning, positioning and individual programmes.
• Provide personal care respectfully where required and appropriately trained.
• Recognise and record small but meaningful responses and progress.
