Responsibilities

• Implement school policies and schemes of work according to the individual needs of students, with high expectations and challenging targets.
• Organise personalised learning activities differentiated to meet individual needs and levels of achievement.
• Deliver multi-sensory learning activities appropriate to pupil needs and complete formative and summative assessment as required.
• Lead on specific areas of teaching and learning as designated by Headteacher.
• Maintain an inclusive and orderly learning environment with effective resource management and positive behaviour support.
