Job summary

Senovo Capital Management GmbH in London is seeking a PMLD Communication Support Assistant to help pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities communicate, engage and participate in a carefully structured school day.

You will work with teachers, therapists and care staff to provide consistent support, assist with learning and personal care, and document subtle changes in wellbeing and communication responses throughout the day. This role is full time in Hillingdon.

Qualifications

• Experience with PMLD or complex needs.
• Comfort with practical care tasks and positioning.
• No requirement for QTS.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils using symbols, objects of reference, switches and sensory communication approaches.
• Assist with accessible learning, positioning and personal care.
• Record subtle communication responses and wellbeing changes.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and care staff to provide consistent support.
