An exciting opportunity for a Senior Charge Nurse in Ward 309 Breast and Gynaecology at NHS National Services Scotland. The role requires a motivated leader with significant post-registration experience to enhance nursing services and promote continuous development within the team. This position offers a chance to grow in a dynamic specialty as the team transitions to the Baird Family Hospital.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated, and dynamic individual to work within Ward 309 Breast and Gynaecology.
We seek an enthusiastic and experienced nurse leader with excellent interpersonal, proven leadership, and organisational skills.
A sound knowledge and evidence of effective individual staff management and good team leading skills are essential to ensure nursing services are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of nurses, driving service improvements, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
This position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in an evolving specialty as we transition to the Baird Family Hospital.
It is essential that you have significant post-registration experience and have worked at Band 6 level or above.
