A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am a 7 year old boy living in the Porth area. I enjoy photography and recently took part in an exhibition with Follow your Dreams in Pontyclun where some of my photos were shown. I also love to do crafty things and like to move and dance and enjoy the hokey cokey. I love socialising and can be interested in everything.
I have a diagnosis of cerebral palsy which affects my left side more. I have limited mobility and do use a wheelchair sometimes. When walking about I wear a helmet as I am prone to falls. I also have a speech device I am learning to use and use Makaton sign language to communicate.
To help me access the community and take part in social events. This will also give my parents some respite.
I have 4 hours per week available during term times and 6 hours in the holidays. This would normally be used in two shifts after school to enable me to go to after school club safely.
£13.10 per hour
