Job summary

InPost Ltd. in Coventry is hiring a PM Picking & Packing Warehouse Operative to join our busy Newstrade team. You will pick, pack, and assemble orders, ensuring accuracy and quality while following procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:30 at InPost Distribution, Imperial Park, Coventry. We offer a pension scheme, life insurance, Cycle2Work, and an Employee Assistance Program to support you.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness required for active warehousing work.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your day by completing all documentation accurately and following procedures.
• Break down, allocate, and load inbound supplies with precision.
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently with care and accuracy.
• Assemble and verify orders, ensuring high-quality packing and presentation.
• Act as quality control champion to meet our standards for picked/packed orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
