Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Innovation Centre programme and a dedicated Electronics Laboratory. You will manage complex capital projects from scope definition through procurement, installation, commissioning and handover, coordinating across laboratories, manufacturing and development spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex capital, facilities, engineering, laboratory or technical infrastructure projects.
• Strong project planning, commercial, governance and stakeholder management capability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior and operational teams.
• Experience in regulated engineering, healthcare, or laboratory environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of the Innovation Centre and Electronics Laboratory.
• Manage capital investment governance, business cases and senior reporting.
• Coordinate equipment specification, procurement, relocation, installation and handover.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, dependencies and change control with risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, suppliers, ARUP and contractors with clear ownership of deliverables.
