The DXC Academic Programme is designed for talented and passionate individuals who are looking to join an agile world leader and are ready to deliver the best solutions to transform businesses in the new digital world.
Successful candidates must be able to get to our office location (up to 5 days per week) and be eligible to obtain a certain level of Security Clearance, as we primarily work on Secure Defence Accounts. Therefore, dual nationals or Visa Sponsorships are not accepted on our Academics Programme. For graduates, you must be due to graduate in 2025 or have graduated in the last 3 years.

Technical

Individuals on our Technical development programme play a significant role in the solutions we deliver to our customers. We have various vacancies across our technology portfolio and encourage individuals to engage in different projects to support development, diversifying their skillset and enhancing future career prospects.
Project Manager or Business Graduate
In a Project Manager or Business role, you'll work on a diverse range of cutting-edge IT projects, surrounded by industry-leading experts. This provides an opportunity to fulfill your career goals while being part of an established global company. You will have considerable responsibility from day one, working in high-performing teams and delivering client-facing tasks. As you progress, you will develop your skills, increase your responsibilities, and get involved with larger, more stimulating projects.

Eligibility for our Technical Programme:
Graduate Programme: Studied Computer Science or STEM-related degree.
Degree Apprenticeship Programme: College qualification preferred or 1-2 years’ relevant work experience. A Level or equivalent in Math and English is required, along with one STEM subject if possible.
Modern Apprenticeship Programme: GCSE or equivalent in Math and English, with one STEM subject preferred. Experience not necessary.
Eligibility for our Project Management or Business Programme:
Graduate Programme: Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field.
Degree Apprenticeship Programme: Studied Business Management or gained relevant project experience. College qualification preferred or 1-2 years’ relevant work experience. A Level or equivalent in Math and English, with a STEM subject preferred.
Modern Apprenticeship Programme: GCSE or equivalent in Math and English, with Business Studies or relevant subjects. Experience not necessary.
