They use a rigorous selection process for all their apprentices, ensuring high-quality and engaged learners who go on to work with some of the top engineering firms in the country.


In this position, you'll be working with employers to source appropriate new apprentice placements and book college places, you will carry out apprentice reviews and validating skills gap analyses to make sure initial assessments are accurate and carry out assessment of evidence against National Occupational Standards.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-employed plumber who wants to move off the tools into an education role. Gas qualification would be a benefit but not essential.
