CMO SUPERSTORES Ltd is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to join the plumbing specialist office in Darlington. You will be the first point of contact for routine and specialist enquiries, provide quotations, and process orders across channels.

Join one of the largest eCommerce suppliers in the building materials sector. The role demands excellent communication, product knowledge, and a proactive sales approach to maximise opportunities while delivering high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Results-driven with selling skills and inbound sales experience.
• Excellent communicator with a good telephone manner.
• Plumbing sales experience or plumbers merchant knowledge.
• Computer literate with strong written and spoken English.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Able to absorb new information quickly and stay organized to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with a right-first-time approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for enquiries and provide helpful information.
• Up-sell products to customers including key products and offers.
• Drive sales by producing quotes and identifying opportunities.
• Create and follow up sales quotations effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers to fulfil orders.
• Promote the company with a positive attitude.
• Escalate product or customer issues to Customer Service.
• Maintain and follow up ongoing queries.
• Be reactive and well organized to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Enter notes into a database with follow-up dates.
• Attend supplier trainings to retain product knowledge.
