Job summary

Thrive SW is recruiting a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a large site in Swindon (SN3). The role covers planned and reactive plumbing works on a static site, with a 40-hour week Mon to Fri and a salary of £32-34k.

You will be a NVQ or equivalent qualified plumber, with maintenance experience on a large site, handling repairs and regular preventative tasks while supporting building services.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance on large commercial site.
• Planned and reactive maintenance on site.

Are you a qualified Plumber / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer looking for a new role working on a large site in Swindon

As Plumbing Maintenance Engineer you willbe responsible for both planned and reactive works as well as some minor work installation jobs on a large site in the SN3 area of Swindon.

This company are contracted to deliverplanned and reactive maintenance to all mechanical and electrical systems and building fabrics and are recruiting a Plumber / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to add to the team

Duties will include anything from repairs to plumbing systems such as fixing leaks, repairs to taps, basins, radiators and toilets through to basic planned maintenance and repairs to commercial plant room

You will need to be a NVQ or equivalent qualifiedplumber and ideally have previous maintenance experience.
