Are you a qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer with a Level 3 qualification looking to step off the tools and move into a rewarding career in education?

The Person:

• Plumber / Plumbing Engineer / Plumbing & Heating Engineer or similar
• Relevant Level 3 Plumbing qualification
• Strong practical industry experience
• Teaching or assessing experience advantageous but not essential
• Experience mentoring or developing apprentices advantageous
• Wants to move off the tools and develop a career within education
• Confident communicating technical knowledge and developing others
• Looking for excellent work‑life balance and long‑term career progression
