Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Plumbing / Domestic Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
- Gas Safe Registered.
- Solid hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance or repair work.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for helping others learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Maintain safe, tidy, and fully equipped plumbing workshops and training spaces.
- Lead practical plumbing sessions — teaching real-life installation, repair and maintenance projects.
- Guide students in building confidence and gaining vital plumbing trade skills.
- Ensure tools, materials and work areas are well maintained and fit for purpose.
- Support assessment, feedback and portfolio building as part of student development.
