Huws Gray invites applications for a Plumbing and Heating Manager at our Shetland showroom. You will lead the plumbing and heating team, shaping inspiring kitchen and bathroom displays and delivering exceptional customer service.

With a focus on design and a customer‑first mindset, you’ll drive sales targets, develop your team and build strong relationships with customers and local trades.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a plumbing and heating team.
• Knowledge of KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) industry preferred.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a flair for design.

We’re looking for a Plumbing and Heating Manager to lead our team in Shetland. You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

• Leading the plumbing and heating department to deliver a brilliant customer experience
