Qualifications

• Excellent customer service on-site and clear communication.
• Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in plumbing/heating engineering.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements for plumbing work.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel within service regions.
• Previous engineering experience is beneficial.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumbing & Heating Engineer role based in Mansfield and surrounding areas. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing faults, carrying out pipework and fixtures installation, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations. The engineer will respond to customer call-outs, provide clear explanations of work required, and deliver high-quality workmanship on scheduled and emergency jobs.

The role also requires accurate completion of job records, collaboration with team members, and representing the company professionally at all times.
