Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Plumbing & Heating Trainer/Assessor to deliver practical and classroom-based training for apprentices across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses.

You will assess progress, complete workplace reviews and support learners throughout their programmes, while building strong employer relationships to ensure successful outcomes. 37-hour week with a salary of £40,500–£47,000 plus Benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
• Strong Plumbing & Heating industry experience.
• Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent) or Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship training.
• Carry out learner assessments, progress reviews and workplace visits.
• Support apprentices throughout their programme and help them achieve successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with employers across the region.
• Based across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses; 37-hour week with excellent benefits.
