Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Plumbing and Gas Trainer Assessor in Doncaster. This permanent role focuses on planning, delivering, and assessing plumbing provision across apprenticeships and full-time learners, with employer engagement and quality assurance components.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 Mechanical Plumbing and Heating, strong industry experience, and good QA and IT skills. A1 and V1 awards are desirable, as is a teaching qualification and continued professional

Qualifications

• Level 3 Mechanical Plumbing and Heating qualification.
• Strong industrial Plumbing experience.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.
• A1 and V1 Awards desirable.
• Teaching or training qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, deliver, assess, and support learner progress.
• Carry out learner reviews, assessment, verification, and quality assurance activity.
• Work closely with employers, learners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion and achievement claims in line with College, awarding body, and funding requirements.
• Support internal verification and maintain high standards across the provision.
• Complete accurate learner records, tracking, and administration.
