The M&E client has a reputation for providing high-quality Plumbing & Gas installation services into the New Build Housing industry sector. They focus on putting their customers at the heart of what they do, and have been doing so since their formation in the 1970s. They are seeking motivated, enthusiastic Plumbing & Gas engineering professionals with excellent people skills.

New Build Housing Plumber

Our client's Plumbing & Gas Engineers are the best in the business. Successful candidates will be supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated plumbing team. Your main responsibility will be to provide 1st & 2nd fix services in new build properties, including the installation of gas appliances.

Key Duties

• Experience in installing plumbing, gas & heating systems (first and second fix) in new build homes
• Installation of gas appliances in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations
• Adherence to health & safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures at all times
• Perform additional duties within your skill & competence

Attributes

• Experience in New Build Plumbing, Domestic, or Commercial work: 2 years
• ACS certification with CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, or equivalent
• Gas Safe registered
• Driving License (essential)
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent
• CSCS qualification
