Yeovil College is seeking a full-time Plumbing and Gas Assessor Deliverer to leverage real-world trade experience to develop confident, work-ready apprentices. You will guide learners from induction through to qualification, delivering high-quality training in the workplace and supporting industry partners.

You’ll manage a caseload, coordinate End Point Assessments and Gas Safe activities, and contribute to quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Previous practical experience in plumbing and heating installation.
• Relevant Level 3 trade qualification and Gas qualifications.
• A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
• The ability to work successfully within a team.
• Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment in the workplace.
• Take ownership of a caseload of plumbing and heating apprentices from induction to qualification and beyond.
• Support End Point Assessments and Gas Safe registration as part of apprentices' journey.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance, internal verification and standardisation.
• Build trusted relationships with employers to reflect life in the industry.
