Job summary

HomeServe Membership Ltd is hiring a Plumbing Engineer to service customers in their homes, carrying out repairs and maintenance across plumbing systems. You'll diagnose issues, perform 1st and 2nd fix work in domestic properties, and deliver excellent customer service on every site.

A Level 2 Plumbing qualification and a full UK driving licence are essential, with a supportive, inclusive work environment. The role is field-based, with an average 40-hour week and a competitive package including

Salary & Hours

• Salary: £36,720 - £40,120 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
• Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)

What you'll be doing

As a Plumbing Engineer, you'll work in customer's homes carrying out repairs and maintenance across a range of plumbing systems. Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework
• Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties
• Repairing and maintaining household plumbing systems
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.
