We are currently looking for plumbers and heating engineers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians across Devon and Cornwall.

If you're currently fitting radiators, heating systems, or cylinders, we want to hear from you. You do not need previous heat pump experience to apply!

You will be working with an experienced, qualified heat pump installer to ensure high-quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer

• Helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by working in a team to install the latest Vaillant heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
• Collaborating closely with your team and our designers to ensure only efficient, reliable systems are fitted. All jobs will be properly surveyed, with schematic diagrams provided for each installation.
• Training at the Aira Academy to become the best Plumbing and Heating Engineer you can be, with opportunities to progress to becoming a Heat Pump Installer. You will have the chance for development and professional growth with the UK's fastest-growing Heat Pump installer.
• Joining a Europe-wide team of engineers as part of the Aira family.

What we would like you to have as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer

We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our Aira Academies throughout the UK. However, we need you to have the following:

• NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent)
• Experience installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

• NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent)
• WRAS Qualifications (water regulations)
• Experience with unvented hot water systems (Part G)
• Gas qualifications
