We are looking for a Plumber to join our Repairs and Maintenance team.
The job in a nutshell
You will work within our customers’ homes to diagnose and carry out minor and major plumbing repairs, including ordering materials. Working to a high standard and aiming to achieve first time fixes where possible. You'll be required to carry out all other minor building works related to the trade.

Where other duties are required from a different trade in addition to the above, and where appropriate training has been completed and competency assessed, an appropriate allowance may be paid.

Qualifications
It’s a bonus if you are also able to undertake basic tasks in additional trades and hold an appropriate NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
