Job summary

Mears Group invites applications for an experienced Plumber in Thurrock to join our responsive repairs team. You will perform a wide range of domestic plumbing tasks in occupied social housing properties, applying high standards of workmanship and customer service.

This is a hands-on role with a 42.5-hour week, a salary up to £34,280.03 per year, and a company van with fuel card. You must have a full UK driving licence and be able to work independently and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic plumbing repairs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in occupied properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and drainage issues.
• Replace taps, toilets, cisterns, basins, and other sanitary ware.
• Record job details using handheld devices or job sheets.
