The Role

As a Plumber at QHS Plumbing LTD, your responsibilities will include:

• Investigating and resolving plumbing issues such as leaks, taps, toilets, showers, waste pipe fittings, and central heating components.
• Managing job flow using field-based apps and digital job notes.
• Using and maintaining a company vehicle with stock ordered via our online platform.
• Delivering clear advice to customers, including identifying upgrade opportunities.
• Complying with health and safety standards and delivering excellent customer service on every job.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 (or Diploma+ experience) in Plumbing
• Proven experience in a domestic reactive plumbing role.
• Happy to work autonomously, with a view to complete 6+ jobs per day.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong experience in domestic reactive plumbing.
• A positive, self-motivated mindset and great communication skills.
• Happy to be part of an on-call rota, typically 1 week in 5.
