Moxie People is partnering with a well-established Housing Association to recruit a reliable Multi-Skilled Operative for repairs and maintenance across empty homes in Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will perform carpentry and plumbing tasks, delivering high-quality work with care and respect for tenants.

The role requires NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 (Carpentry preferred) and social housing repair experience; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 (Carpentry) or term served.
• Experience within social housing repairs & maintenance.
• Multi-trade capability (plastering, tiling, basic patch brickwork, etc.).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in empty social housing properties.
• Carpentry work - doors, frames, skirting, kitchens.
• Plumbing tasks - leaks, tap changes, sanitary repairs.
• Patch plastering, tiling, and general making good.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants.

Salary: £38000 + £5500 in holiday pay ( if previously self employed)
