Job summary

Manpower UK is assisting a reputable client to recruit a Plumber for a full-time permanent role at Whatton, Nottinghamshire. The position involves domestic and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, fault diagnosis and high-standard workmanship.

You will read and interpret basic plumbing plans, use hand and power tools, and ensure work complies with UK regulations and safety standards while delivering clear explanations to customers and maintaining site safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber with fault-finding and repair skills.
• Knowledge of UK plumbing systems and regulations.
• Able to read basic plumbing drawings and specs.
• Competent with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations across domestic and commercial properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial work to a high standard.
• Install, maintain, and repair pipework, taps, showers, toilets, and related plumbing systems.
• Undertake maintenance tasks including leak detection, isolations, and system checks.
• Ensure work complies with UK regulations and safety standards.
