ROLE SUMMARY

You will ensure high client satisfaction through maintenance and repairs, maintaining a safe environment and working efficiently.

Relevant qualifications and broad domestic and commercial experience are required, with capability to perform outside core trades.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Diagnose and repair faults within core and related trades
  • Ensure high-quality work standards
  • Work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing non-productive time
  • Respond promptly to emergencies
  • Follow Health & Safety rules using risk assessments, method statements, and PPE
  • Maintain accurate records with photographic evidence as needed
  • Be willing to work out of hours if required
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • Demonstrate competence as a tradesperson with necessary tools
  • Stay updated on technical, statutory, and legislative knowledge
  • Be competent within your expertise
QUALIFICATIONS
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing or equivalent
  • Competent in two secondary skills
  • Full current driving license
  • DBS check required before start
EXPERIENCE
  • Over 3 years of trade experience, ideally in residential repairs
  • Good knowledge of residential Building Regulations
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Bathroom Installations
  • Laminate fitting experience (desirable)
