Maintaining our extensive portfolio of housing is a significant task, and this is where you come in…

We have an exciting opportunity to join our in-house responsive repairs service as a Multi-Skilled Plumber. You will perform plumbing repairs in occupied properties, basic household repairs in kitchens and bathrooms, and general maintenance of our properties as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, deliver high-quality work, and have experience working for a Social Landlord.

The working hours are 37 per week, typically from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Friday, with an hour lunch break, except on Fridays.

The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle, mobile device, and all necessary power tools.
