Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are recruiting on behalf of a large social housing contractor. This permanent role covers day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in Guildford and surrounding areas; you will be part of a growing organisation with progression opportunities.

You will receive a company van, fuel card, 23 days holidays (increasing with service), life assurance and a pension. The role involves multi-trade duties across plumbing, tiling, painting and carpentry in occupied

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing installation and maintenance in occupied properties.
• Ability to tile bathrooms and fit bathrooms.
• Multitrade capability in painting, carpentry, tiling, flooring.

We are currently working on behalf of a large social housing contractor. My client is currently looking for Plumber/Multi traders to carry out day to day plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied properties in the Guildford and surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation with plenty of room for progression.
