Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-trader to join our Camden team, with a strong social housing background. You will carry out general maintenance and responsive repairs on occupied properties, including doors, kitchens, bathrooms, and plastering, while holding a valid UK driving licence.

Permanent role with a salary around £41,000 plus a van and fuel card. 26 days holiday plus bank holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing or council property maintenance.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Strong general maintenance skills (doors, kitchens, bathrooms, plastering).

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance on occupied properties.
• Carry out responsive repairs.
• Install/repair doors, kitchens, bathrooms and perform plastering as required.
