Job summary

Map Talent Group is urgently seeking 2 experienced Plumber/Bathroom Fitters for a minimum 6-week contract in social housing bathroom replacement works in East Birmingham. You will be working within both void and occupied properties with duties including removal and renewal of sanitary ware, tiles, making good surfaces, wall panelling, flooring, and related install tasks.

Applicants must have a Valid CSCS Skilled Worker (Blue) Card/Jib or equivalent, proven domestic plumbing experience, and

• Proven domestic plumbing experience.
• Checkable references.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Removal and renewal of sanitary ware.
• Removal and disposal of existing wall tiles / vinyl fixtures and fittings.
• Make good and prepare all existing surfaces.
• Wall panelling (bath and window wall).
• Extractor fan, light and shower electrics done by other.
• Side rail.
• Shower rail/curtain.
• Vinyl sheet flooring.
