Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumber Multi Trade for a Social Housing project in Cornwall (Redruth). This initial 3-month contract covers reactive plumbing and general multi-skilled works across the region.

You will work with minimal supervision, carry out repairs, demonstrate plumbing competency across trades, and respond to out-of-hours call-outs while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

A full UK driving license and recognised qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in the same role is essential.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices.

I am working with an organisation based in Cornwall to recruit Plumber Multi Trades on Social Housing works.. The Plumber Multi trade will be responsible for general reactive duties and plumbing works across the region.

This is a contract position for an initial 3 months.

Duties of the Plumber Multi Trade:
