A well-known team in the Social Housing sector is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join the operation in Salford. The role is contract-based with consistent work, offering a company van, fuel card, and supporting transport.

Key duties include reactive and planned plumbing repairs in tenants' homes and void properties, plus related multi-trade tasks such as joinery, tiling, plastering, painting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader.
• Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned plumbing repairs in tenanted and void properties.
• Perform general multi-trade repairs (joinery, tiling, plastering, painting).
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.

Plumber Multi Trader - Social Housing

Location: Salford

Pay: £820 per week

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a well-known team working within the Social Housing sector across Salford. This is a contract position offering consistent work, excellent support, and provided transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs in tenanted and void properties.
• General multi-trade repairs including:
  • Basic joinery
  • Tiling
  • Patch plastering
  • Painting and making good
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard.
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader.
• Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
