Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join our social housing maintenance team. This permanent position covers South East London, South West London, Croydon, Dartford, Brighton, and Kent, delivering responsive repairs in occupied and void properties.

You will perform day-to-day plumbing repairs and basic multi-trade tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and excellent customer service in tenants’ homes. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader in social housing.
• Experience in responsive repairs is essential.
• Strong plumbing knowledge with basic multi-trade ability.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to manage workload independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults.
• Replace taps, toilets, sinks, baths, pipework and sanitary ware.
• Complete minor multi-trade works such as basic carpentry and tiling.
• Ensure high quality work aligned with health and safety rules.
• Provide excellent customer service in tenants' homes.
• Complete job reports and paperwork using handheld devices.
• Work efficiently to meet KPI and productivity targets.

Job description

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a growing social housing maintenance team. This is a permanent position covering South East London, South West London, Croydon, Dartford, Brighton, and Kent (when working in an location youll be patched off for the day), carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing repairs while also carrying out multi-trade works to support the wider repairs service. The role is customer-facing, so professionalism and excellent communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults.
• Replace taps, toilets, sinks, baths, pipework, and sanitary ware.
• Complete minor multi-trade works including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating where required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately using handheld devices where applicable.
• Work efficiently to meet KPI and productivity targets.

What We're Looking For
