Job description

We are looking for a Skilled Plumber Multi Trade to complete responsive repairs within social housing properties within Andover and the surrounding areas. This temp to perm opportunity is offering a van and fuel card from the first day!

In return, the Plumber Multi Trade will receive:

• £23 per hour and £37k a year once permanent
• Company van and fuel card
• Uniform
• Local work

As a Plumber Multi Trade, you’ll be:

• Working on responsive repairs
• Doing repairs to domestic plumbing installations
• Installing replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment
• Installing kitchen sinks
• Installing new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
• Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps

Ideally, I'd like to speak to a Plumber Multi Trade who has:

• A minimum of a NVQ level 2 plumbing qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
• Experience working within occupied homes
• A full and current driving licence
