Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Plumber Multi-Trade Operative for Westminster. The role covers reactive maintenance across occupied social housing with CIS pay and a van provided.

Responsibilities include leaks, tap repairs, pipework and minor multi-trade tasks, in Westminster and surrounding areas. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is preferred; driving licence and hand tools required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in social housing/domestic maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.
