The Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Maintenance Craftsperson - Plumber to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the Trust estate in High Wycombe. You will work on hot and cold-water services, drainage and sanitaryware, ensuring safe and compliant systems for patients and staff.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on plumbing and mechanical systems across the Trust estate.
• Perform inspections, fault finding, repairs and installation work on hot and cold-water services, drainage systems, sanitaryware, and related plumbing.
• Support water hygiene and legionella control programmes, including monitoring, flushing and remedial works.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies to maintain service continuity in clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Complete accurate maintenance records using the Trust's CAFM/Singu system; assist with shutdowns, isolations and reinstatements.
• Collaborate with Estates colleagues, contractors and users to maintain a safe, compliant healthcare environment.
