Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on call 1 in 3 weeks including weekends & bank holidays (with day in lieu for bank holidays)

We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Reactive Plumbing Operative to join our dedicated team in Warminster.

About the role

In this role, you'll be delivering high-quality plumbing repairs and installations across MOD properties. You'll respond to day-to-day service requests, ensuring Right First Time fixes, while carrying out inspections, system testing, and fault diagnosis. You'll work directly with families, clients, and our supply chain to ensure complete satisfaction, operating safely and efficiently in line with our commitment to excellent service.

Your responsibilities will also include accurate record keeping, both digitally and on paper, attending training and team briefings, and contributing to our culture of continuous improvement. You'll help mentor apprentices and represent the VIVO values with every task you take on.

What you'll need;

To succeed in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Plumbing and a full UK driving licence. You should have a practical mindset with an eye for safety, a strong sense of reliability, and a professional, proactive attitude. Previous experience in domestic plumbing is preferred, and a focus on customer satisfaction is essential.
