Job summary
MNM Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Plumber and Gas Engineer to join our team in London and surrounding areas. The role covers domestic plumbing maintenance and gas work across occupied and void properties, with CP12s where required.
Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, servicing gas appliances, and maintaining documentation, while following Gas Safe and health and safety procedures. Strong customer service and independent work are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience as a domestic maintenance plumber and gas engineer.
- Current domestic Gas Safe qualifications.
- ACS qualifications CCN1 and CENWAT or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication and able to work independently.
- Right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and gas works.
- Diagnose leaks and repair taps, toilets, pipes.
- Service and repair domestic gas appliances.
- Carry out gas safety inspections and CP12s.
- Complete reports and documentation accurately.
- Communicate professionally with residents and clients.
- Follow Gas Safe and company procedures.
