Are you an experienced commercial multiskilled Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for a well-renowned company that offers upskilling and training?

About the Role

Randstad Construction & Property is working on behalf of a national Facilities Management company to find a multiskilled Engineer with commercial experience to carry out maintenance throughout the site.

Location

Edinburgh (mobile)

Salary

Competitive (up to GBP42,000 depending on experience)

Full-time, permanent

Daily Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs
• Fault finding and repairs
• Plumbing, heating, joinery, and basic electrical work
• Respond to breakdown maintenance requests
• Perform isolations for specialist maintenance subcontractors
• Work safely following company Health and Safety procedures
• Maintain accurate estates records and plant history
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties

Candidate Requirements

• SVQ Plumbing and Heating
• Completion of a recognized engineering apprenticeship
• City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• IEE 18th/17th edition wiring regulations (2381)
• Willingness to undertake necessary training to maintain competency
