Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a maintenance professional to perform a variety of tasks on properties owned by the council and external agencies. The successful candidate will ensure quality service delivery and adhere to regulatory requirements, including checks related to vulnerable groups. This role is essential for maintaining high standards in property management.
Carry out a range of maintenance, repair, alterations, and improvement work on properties owned by both the council and external agencies, all in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions contained within contracts and/or service level agreements.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organization.

This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
